I decided to go for a PDO Thread lift when I noticed some unwelcome sagginess beginning to develop around my mid-face. I did tons of research on threadlifts before I went in so I knew what to expect, but even with all the additional research I still felt quite nervous. Luckily though, Liz made me feel so at ease that all the nerves I had before just floated away, along with some of that mid-face sagginess I mentioned earlier (thanks to the threads)! She used a local anaesthetic to numb the areas where the threads were going, so apart from a bit of pressure it was a fairly painless procedure. I had minimal bruising and was straight back to work after my treatment. The results are very subtle and natural so the average person won't know you've had any "work done", but you will see the difference when you look in the mirror. Would definitely recommend LPA and Liz for anyone considering a PDO thread lift.

‘I’ve been having regular facial wrinkle reduction injectables for a number of years now and around 4 years ago changed my regular practitioner and decided to try Josie. I was initially impressed that Josie is a registered nurse, whereas my previous practitioner wasn’t. I was also pleasantly surprised by her honestly and really pleased with the results which were a definite improvement on previous treatments. Josie took time to measure, mark and softly inject whilst listening to my concerns about my naturally raised eyebrow. Since then I have returned every 4 months for top ups and more recently every 6 months for underarm injections which is a pure luxury for someone who hates to sweat! I initially thought what I had all over my face and neck was wart but I was told by Elizabeth that it's not wart but called Dematosis Papulso Nigra. Well whatever it's called, I hated it. 'I had an electrolysis wart removal at LPA. My case was quite complicated and I was very pleased with the results as the treatment worked far better than any other treatments that I had before including laser removal. Considering its effectiveness, the treatment seemed to be very reasonably priced. I paid £100 for half an hour session together with the initial consultation which lasted for about 20 minutes. Elizabeth, the clinic's chief skin specialist, was very friendly and supportive and the whole procedure went very smoothly with no infection or pain afterwards. The clinic is very cosy and clean, it has a pleasant relaxing atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend it.'

'Facial injections - to look better! Elizabeth really knows her stuff. She is well qualified and experienced and calm! So the process was really quick and I only felt a few pin pricks (she uses extra thin needles). I had no red marks on my skin afterward (as I have done when receiving similar treatments elsewhere) and my skin has responded quickly to the treatment and looks better after only a couple of days. I had a Rosacea and Eczema flare up on my face which was very sore and painful. I went to the GP initially who prescribed me with antibiotics which didn't help. They said my next and only step was to treat with steroid cream which I was adamant I didn't want. So my friend found LPA online and I thought I'd book a consultation for a second opinion and to see if anything else could be done without using steroid creams. Elizabeth made me feel at ease straight away, very approachable, knowledgable and friendly and she properly inspected my face, which my GP didn't do. She listened to my concerns about not wanting steroids and offered me an alternative which has helped massively! My skin is now back to normal. I only paid a prescription fee, the price of the cream and £30 for the consultation. I am due to have a follow up appointment with Elizabeth next week so in all, it was of massive value! The clinic was easy to find and clean. I felt welcome and at ease which was lovely especially as my face was not in good shape!

I felt safe in the hands of a specialist; the micro needling treatment i had was explained to me very clearly and i received great after care products. the experience was not painful due to the numbing cream but the doctor also kept asking how the pressure was for my skin and adjusted it accordingly. Elizabeth is absolutely great. Besides answering a crazy amount of questions she was able to make me feel at ease and optimistic about my own skin. I visit the clinic for treatment for wrinkles, several friends had mentioned it to me but I was slightly nervous as I had never had this kind of treatment before. I have never particularly looked after my skin previously, and said I would try it to see if it would make a difference and I have never looked back. Value for money and what I would spend on facials and skin creams doesn't compare for the lasting value. I have recommended this to several of my friends since and they are now regular clients of the clinic. As mentioned before I was recommended the clinic by friends and from the moment you arrive you are made to feel welcome and at ease. Also some may not feel comfortable people knowing what treatment they are having and this discretion is kept for when you arrive and not discussed until you are in your treatment room. The clinic itself is a clean bright environment and the staff are thorough and listen to your needs. I found this is particularly important for the treatment, especially the first visit, and if you feel like you would like a top up, they are always willing and happy to accommodate this. I cannot recommend LPA enough.

I had a microneedling session. I was impressed with the whole process. Welcome was professional and friendly, all steps, post treatment are and potential side effects were explained. Liz who did my treatment was excellent, very responsive to my reactions and made sure that uncomfortable part (no way of avoiding it with microneedling) wasn't too bad. I was treated for the removal of the very fine veins in my face, around my nose and under my eyes! It took no more than 30 mins. It was fast and very efficient. Elizabeth Rimmer is an excellent practitioner. I had had Botox before in my frown line, at a different establishment. It was administered too heavily, leaving my forehead immobilised in a disconcerting way. That is why I decided to go through SaveFace this time. I had the Nefertiti treatment and my frown line and lines on my forehead softened. The results are amazing. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend Elizabeth.

The microdermabrasion did exactly what it promised - it completely cleaned out my pores, even on the trickiest nose and inner cheek areas, and gave my skin a gentle but thorough exfoliation, followed by a very soothing 20 mins of light therapy, which left the skin (and me) warm and relaxed. I was extremely pleased, no other facial has ever cleaned my pores so well. They are still visible of course, but they are clean and clear, and I will definitely repeat the treatment periodically. My therapist kindly gave me a decent sized sample of a recommended cleanser to take away. It is nice to get a sample that lasts a week rather than a day. For the price it was good value. I have had expensive £200 facials that did nothing except give me major breakouts in the days after.

This was my first time having Botox and finally took the plunge after 12 months of dithering. I had fine lines starting to emerge around my eyes and some lines on my forehead that didn't want to budge, no matter what creams I applied. The treatment was quick and almost pain free. Elizabeth was very professional and spent time talking to me about what I would like and what I could expect. I couldn't be happier with the results. I started noticing the difference after a few days and within 2 weeks the fine lines around my eyes had gone and my "surprise" lines were fading. I popped back to Elizabeth after 2 weeks for a top up on my forehead and the lines then disappeared completely. I once again enjoy putting my make up on in the morning! Very happy. I have already recommended LPA to friends and will definitely be back for my next treatment.

This was my third experience with botox, while I had had the need to re-balance the results after 2 weeks on the previous occasion with a different practitioner, Elizabeth got it right first time, with no need for a follow-up appointment. The results are undetectable but effective. I would be happy to go back. I would definitely recommend and the prices are no higher than average, and the convenience of a Sunday appointment is definitely a winning feature, together with the comfortable and private premises of the clinic, which I use for other types of aesthetic treatments too.

I had a course of microdermabrasion and other than facials this was my first skin treatment. I have quite open pores and blackheads so was really hoping this would help to clear those ups. I noticed a difference straight away, my skin was quite spotty when I first started the treatment but that it improved with each session I had. My skin was noticeably clearer and more radiant a few days following each treatment, I even stopped wearing foundation for a week or so afterwards! I definitely feel like my skin looks better. The treatment itself is like having a tiny hoover going over your skin, it doesn't hurt at all it's just an unusual sensation but you get used to get and I actually quite liked it in the end! You just go a little red afterwards but that goes within about 15 minutes! It's been about a month now since I finished the course and my skin looks the best it has in a long time. Which is great for all those Christmas parties coming up! I would definitely recommend going to LPA for treatments and would go back! I was quite nervous at the beginning but Liz is lovely and very good at what she does, she makes you feel really at ease, and also gives great advice on skincare!

After a consultation with Liz, she advised me to use Flavo C Forte Serum for my sun drenched skin, I live in the canaries and really need to protect my face..the signs of aging were setting in. The Vit c arrived in the post and after 4 days only 4 days of using morning and night, I had comments, friends saying how my skin looked fresh and how heatlhy I looked....I never get comments !! I suffer from a condition called Hemifacial Spasm Disorder which causes one side of my face to spasm continuously which is not only irritating but makes me feel very self-conscious when talking to people face-to-face. The most un-intrusive (and safest) treatment is botox (the other option was to drill into my skull and move the nerve, which really isn’t ever going to be an option for me). I was initially quite apprehensive about botox and had many questions. Liz took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions which put me at ease and excited about taking the big step! The results are amazing! Liz always manages hit the target spots to tame the spasm whilst still achieving a natural look. Liz’s strongest point is her attention to detail as I appreciate she has quite a task getting both sides of my face completely even. My confidence is back and I no longer have the constant spasms. I would without a doubt recommend Liz to anyone with Hemifacial Spasm or wanting any kind of comestic treatment.
